Adam Wilson
Parks & Recreation Director
On January 1, 2025 the City of Summerville named Adam Wilson as the next Parks and Recreation Director succeeding long-time director, Bo Chamlee. Wilson has many years of experience working in the profession as an administrator and department head. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation from the University of West Georgia, and he is a Certified Park and Recreation Professional accredited through the National Recreation and Park Association.
Brandon Stewart
Assistant Parks & Recreation Director
Brandon Stewart began his career with the City of Summerville in March of 2022. He gained valuable experience in the area of parks maintenance for approximately 3 years until he was promoted to the Assistant Director position. Brandon has coached softball and basketball for Summerville Parks and Recreation for many years and even has a couple of softball State Championships to show for it.
